Job Summary
Design and associated calculations of building engineering works – MVAC
Conducting technical feasibility study- scheme design and planning
Preparation of technical reports- design drawings- technical notes and working papers
Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications
Minimum Requirements
Degree holder in Building Services- Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in design and project management
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Experience in large-scale building/infrastructure/metro related projects would be an advantage

Experience in BIM would be an advantage
