A Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising room attendants to deliver
an excellent Guest and Member experience while monitoring housekeeping
standards and assisting the Head Housekeeper.
What will I be doing?
As a Floor Supervisor| you are responsible for supervising room attendants to
deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Floor Supervisor will also
be required to assist the head housekeeper and monitor standards.
Specifically| you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to
the highest standards:
Supervise Room Attendants
Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members
Manage guest requests| including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team member

Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standard

Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manne

Carry out lost property procedure

Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
Assist Head Housekeeper with training requirements
Comply with hotel security| fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Job Summary
AECOM has an immediate requirement for a Work Supervisor I to work on a large
multi-disciplinary private project in Hong Kong. The project is located at Sai
Sha- Shap Sze Heung- Sai Kung. The general nature of the proposed works
include widening of Sai Sha Road between Sai O Village and Tai Tung Village
from a 2-lane carriageway to a dual 2-lane carriageway; construction of a new
carriageway from Tai Tung Village to Tseng Tau Village; construction of three
footbridges near Nai Chung- Kwan Hang and Ma Kwu Lam Village; construction of
footpaths and cycle tracks; and ancillary works including earthworks- drainag

The works are scheduled to commence in July 2018 with anticipated completion

The successful applicant would be offered a 24-month contract initially and

Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising site works carried out by the Contractor;

Take site measurements;

Ensure the site works are constructed in accordance with Contract specifications- drawings and site instructions;

Check material quality and workmanship;

Keep sites records- diary- weather chart- progress report- piling records- material delivery records etc.;

Check that all Contractor|s site staff observe safety precautions for the Works to be carried out;

Keep and update site records;

Deal with any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by his superior.

Minimum Requirements

Certificate from a Hong Kong Polytechnic/ Polytechnic University- the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or HKSAR technical institute or equivalent in an appropriate discipline or completed a technician apprenticeship; and
