Responsibilities:

Conduct research and desk-based cultural heritage studies

Provide support in field survey- investigation or excavation

Record and analyse site findings

Prepare site reports and cultural heritage study reports

Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment- Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Minimum Requirements

Degree holder or above in archaeology- anthropology- cultural heritage conservation- geography- history- or related disciplines

Work experience in relevant disciplines would be an advantage

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Applicant with more/less experience may be considered for higher/lower position

JOB ROLE: SOLUTION ARCHITECT/CONSULTANT
GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements- focused on an industry or service offering.
Responsibilities may include analyzing requirements- implementation- customization- integration and documentation for the customer- project management- change management- etc.
Works closely with Sales- pre-sales- project managers- other consulting personnel – and the customer to ensure a smooth implementation and transition from start-up to integration/production mode.

Undertake and manage Green Building certification projects

Carry out building sustainability studies including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)- energy simulation- natural and artificial lighting simulations for BEAM certifications;

Conduct Air Ventilation Assessments (AVA)- Microclimate studies (MCS).

Minimum Requirements

Degree holder or above in Physics- Mathematics- Environmental Science- Mechanical/Building Services/Environmental Engineering or related subjects

With at least 3 years

of post graduate experience for Environmental Consultant in the following areas;

Demonstrated good knowledge and practical experience on Green Building certification schemes such as BEAM Plus- LEED- WELL- CGBL;

BEAM/LEED accreditations (BEAM Pro/LEED AP) will be an advantage;

Building physics- CFD modeling- MCS simulation- natural lighting and energy simulations;

Carbon and energy audits.

Minimum 1 year related working experience for Assistant Environmental Consultant is required.

Fresh graduate will be considered as Graduate Environmental Consultant.

Be able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Good command of Putonghua would be an advantage.
